The British owner has not been murdered yet, which is normal for The Philippine Islands.

For most towns, in the outer provinces, an attempt at safety is to have soldiers, armed with combat vests and M-16s, walking patrol every night. These patrols usually start at either 8 or 9 p.m., and is the norm.

Foreigners are jerked out of cars at the frequent in-city police road-blocks and intimidated, sometimes robbed and drugs planted. This is normal for over there.
 

  


Want to break an ironclad lease with a British tenet? That's easy to do, just send in goons and use the police as back-up goons. Terrify the foreigner into leaving instead of negotiating the lease you want to break.

How some business is done in the Philippines. 
 
Background: the Landlord (Don Tim Inc) of a facility rented by "SEComp Inc." (Owned by a British national) in Paranaque with a contract term of 10 years, up to date paid rental in fact advanced rentals paid facility do large digital printing.

Mr LEONG the owner of "DON TIM, INC." decided to take the law into his own hands. Unknown to "SEComp" he needs the tenant "SEComp") to vacate immediately as he has a sold the property.

The prospective buyer/developer who obviously does not want to be tied to the contract which states “any new owner must be bound by the SEComp / Don Tim rental contract”. That contract should be ironclad in any country, except a third-world country.

Instead of negotiation he decides harassment and intimidation is the solution. By invading without notice the premises with no less than 25 armed persons, at 0635 a.m. on May 7th 2008.


Now "SEComp Inc." a Filipino 16 year old registered IT services and printing company is  due to be forced out of business in Manila. (SEComp Solutions Clark a BPO company not affected yet).

Result: 80 FILIPINO employees and their families are jobless and will be effected.   Numerous Customers will also be affected. (SSS Globe Metro bank etc) 
 
Question Are there too many goons with guns in the Philippines?

Answer:   YES

 
Why have security guards, that get paid 3 dollars a day, not even got a high school diploma and are allowed to carry shotguns and intimidate foreigners and Filipinos?

 The company behind the harassment is a company called "DON TIM" with business address at 5438 President Osmenia avenue corner general Mascardo and general Malvar streets. Makati City.

The perturbed owners are the LEONG FAMILY headed by Mr. Arthurson Leong, his younger brother Art, and their Uncle Mr. Agustin LEONG. They may hide behind another name called "IMPERIAL APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENT INC", at the same address. 


This company is apparently a real estate developer with their own in-house security. (Uneducated Goons with guns)

And if that isn't enough you cannot own property in The Philippine Islands, because you are not of their race.

All lands and building you purchase must be signed over to a Philipino. They get controlling interest of any land, etc you buy.

They have lived over there all of their lives therefore they know to fear the police.They know any trial for any crime is not about being innocent or guilty, but a trial of who has the most influence. A foreigner does not have any important officials to bring pressure to bear on judges or the police.

The Philipino, who has controlling interest in your property (land for a home or whatever) knows this. He or she knows to fear the police. The Philipino knows if the police tells them to sign over YOUR properties they must do it or die.

Many businesses are owned by bar girls, having married a much older white man. These girls are just biding their time waiting on the white man to die so they will own it all.But if the police, elected official, or anyone having power wants your land then they will threaten the girl who knows she must hand it over and you will be out in the streets with your bar girl, friend.

What you must do, to get around this racial and elected-official money-making law, is to buy the land having a deed singed immediately (first is better) saying the land actually belongs to you and you, for convenience, are only using the person whose name is actually on the deed.

Or, if you trust the person you can buy the land, build the building and rent the building and land for 100 years at $1 a year. If you think you are going to live longer than 100 years then rent it for what age you are going to die at? But your children or relatives in whatever country you came from will never see a penny when your girl decides to sell after your death. Even if you have papers drawn up showing them as the real owners. The money will be stolen on the Philippine end.

When you arrive you will be impressed with the friendly and smiling brown faces. Do not be fooled. This is all show, which they call "Philippine hospitality". It's all an act to gain your confidence because you are a foreigner and a source of "easy money" to them. They know all of the tricks.

Medium-hard money is a Philipino trying to scam a Chinese with the easiest Chinese to scam being the honest Singapore Chinese. The Western white men are the easiest to deceive. You are going to be cheated, or mugged, or robbed, and scammed to death.

Hard money is one Philipino trying to steal from another Philipino. Believe the foreigners whom have lived with them for a decade or more. When they tell you the truth it will not compute. You will think they are racists. Why should they hate those smiling brown faced people. They do not hate those smiling brown faces. They know what is lurking behind those smiley faces. You do not. It is not racism they are feeding you, it is the truth. Well fool, if you did not want to know the truth then why ask? Do not be fooled, fool. Believe the foreigners who have lived there at least 10 years because they do know what they are talking about.

The Philipinos, in America, do not need an A.I.D.S. test and can own land, but you cannot in their country. Understand fool!

When you arrive new guy, ask foreigners who have lived there for years to point you to a good attorney who can guide you through the process so that what you are buying and going to build will not be stolen.

Did you know that you must get an A.I.D.S. test each time your visa is renewed? You, the white man must have invented AIDS, they think. Baguio, Cebu, Manila and Angeles are in an A.I.D.S. crises with public officials saying it is not true $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Understand tourist?
