Totally amoral people run and
make millions of dollars from crime, protection rackets and porn-king
pay-offs in Manila, and not only in Manila.

Two men from Holland murdered and
the police that ordered it were never brought to justice . . .
. yet.
In November of 2005 two men from
Holland were arrested in Manila. Their crime was they would not
pay the extra "protection" money the police suddenly required of
them. They were not totally innocent, but they did not deserve
death. They were running an internet-based porn business. The police
knew, and not only that but the very chief of all police in The
Philippine Islands knew and required a certain amount monthly.
One night the police arrived and
informed the two men they had to start paying more 'protection
money". They refused, but
real trouble ensued when one of them made the mistake of saying
he was going to the news media. After a call to a superior, a paddy
wagon was called for and the policeman was told by a superior to
murder the men
They were handcuffed and shackled,
yet on the way to the police station they were both murdered and
it was covered up. They never stood a chance! Nothing was done
to bring the local ranking policeman, who ordered the murder, or
the murderers to justice! They were murdered "While attempting
to escape".
Another man runs
a big internet-based porn operation, but he makes his
payments himself straight to the national police chief of the whole
country.
This chief of all Philippine police
is also the protector of "The
colonel", of framing-the-religious-worker
fame in Baguio City, who sends so much money to him that if he
allowed Colonel Isagani Neres to be brought to justice it would
be like killing the goose that is laying the golden eggs.
"The
Colonel" (Isagani Neres) has been recently reassigned to his
most wanted position in Pangasinan province. He has been sending
up so much money that he was assured he would eventually gain what
he wanted.
There has been talk by some in
Camp Crame of trying col. Isagani Neres (Gani Neres) for plunder.
Maybe some of you should contact us. After all where did he get
so much money to throw the nice dinners and parties when visited
by high ranking officials?
The way to be "bullet
proof"
and "untouchable" in The Philippine Islands is to send
so much of your ill-gotten money on upwards to the leaders above
you that they would be stupid if they allowed you to be brought
to justice. Friendship does not play a part at all. It's all about
money, money, money. And the more power you have then obviously
the better chance you have to make more money.
The police in Manila run daily
set-ups against every nationality, except the Koreans. The police
and the Korean mafia are in league together with the Koreans even
building a police station up in Angeles City and placing some of
their own Korean nationals in it. The Koreans also go on patrol with the Flip police! Damn, money talks there!
In the mean time we have recently
sent a new crop of letters to officials.
