This lady has been
ambassador from America to The Philippines since March 6,
2006 when she was appointed by President George Bush.
America, who squanders
millions of money each year to coddle Philippine officials,
now has for thanks, the Targeting of Americans by the national
police!
In late 2007 she sent a
state department spokesman to the Angeles City (Pampanga province)
Veterans of Foreign Wars club to tell the assembled Americans
that they were to become targets.
The State Department spokesman
told the Americans they were to be targeted by
top-most officials in the national police force. Orders were
sent to the national police in Angeles City, Pampanga province
to plant drugs, use child prostitutes in set-ups, and work
scams on all Americans . . . and to use all means to
work their extortions.
The lower police officials
were to arrest Americans on false charges to extort money
or let them rot in their third-world jails splattered
with blood and human feces.
